All notifications and communications between users and Encaja Embalajes de madera S.L. will be considered effective, for all purposes, when carried out through any of the means detailed above.
The client accepts the conditions of sale and delivery, as well as our particular conditions.
It is a condition that at the time of receipt of the merchandise, indicate on the delivery note any incident that may have and notify Encaja Embalajes de madera S.L. or by email administracion@encaja.org within 24 hours of receiving the order. If the shipment suffers significant damage, it must be rejected and Encaja Embalajes de madera S.L. must be notified as soon as possible.
Delivery times are approximate unless expressly agreed in writing with Encaja Embalajes de madera SL The customer will not have the right to request the cancellation of an order or any compensation (including the return of freight) in case of a delay in the delivery of the product. The risk of loss and / or damage is transferred to the customer from the moment the merchandise is shipped to the customer.
The customer will have 14 days from receipt of the product to request Encaja Embalajes de Madera S.L any claim in relation to the product. Encaja Embalajes de Madera S.L is not responsible and reserves the right to reject possible returns in case of merchandise in poor condition or misuse or damage in transit.
According to the regulations, the consumer and user will have the right to WITHDRAW from the contract for a maximum period of 14 calendar days without the need to indicate the reason and without incurring any cost, except those provided for in articles 107.2 and 108 of RD1 / 2007, of November 16, which approves the aforementioned text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.
This right of cancellation does not apply, among other things:
